This is interesting, especially considering previous findings from Finnish studies, showing that very few shelter users enter the free housing market, but the majority end up in supported housing [26]. It seems that while for the majority the acute need for shelters ends fairly quickly, the risk of needing shelter again due to homelessness is considerable.…”
