Abstract: The aim of the present work was to analyze possible differences in the wake–sleep and sleep–wake transition in relation to adolescents’ circadian preference using actigraphy. Overall, 729 participants were enrolled in the research and 443 of them wore actigraphs on the non-dominant wrist for at least three nights.
