Abstract:The entomopathogenic fungusConoideocrella luteorostrata, which is known to infect armored scale insects and whiteflies in Thailand and Japan, has been recently found causing natural epizootics in elongate hemlock scales (EHS) in Christmas tree farms in the eastern United States.
