Abstract:The reproductive organs of rose-ringed parakeet (n= 6) were studied in
detail in this research work during breeding (December to April) and
non-breeding (May to November) seasons. After slaughtering, organs of
the reproductive system were collected for anatomical and histological
study. The right ovary and oviduct were absent, the left ovary and
oviduct were collected to record weight and dimensions (width, length,
