Abstract:IgA vasculitis (IgAV), previously known as Henoch Schoenlein purpura (HSP), is a leukocytoclastic vasculitis subtype predominantly amongst the pediatric patient population involving IgA dominant immune complex deposits attacking small vessel walls.
