Abstract: Under de senaste två decennierna har det ställts allt högre krav på standardiserad dokumentation och uppföljning inom socialtjänstens fält, både nationellt och internationellt (Socialstyrelsen, 2004; Tilbury, 2004; Lynch-Cerullo & Cooney, 2011).
