Abstract

• Recepción del artículo: 4 febrero, 2014.• Aprobación del artículo: 2 septiembre, 2014.The university classroom becomes an educational setting where motivation and communication combine to invigorate teaching management and encourage in students a greater involvement and commitment to their personal and academic development. Getting our students to construct meaningful learning by autonomous learning process that will generate interest, willingness, enjoyment and co-responsibility, involves mediation by teachers while showing dedication and passion for teaching.The aim of this paper is to present a first preview of the results obtained in the research "Communication Management for continuous improvement from the contributions of Marketing. The case of the School of Business Administration (UCR) " that allows us to socialize the good teaching practices that develop in two of the courses of the Department of Marketing in the School of Business Administration at the University of Costa Rica: Principles of Marketing (DN 0320) and Advertising and Promotions (DN-0321). In them, teaching and applied research are articulated, in order to reaffirm the importance of human formation within the academic, impregnated by the cooperative work, reflection, research, and specially assertive communication; which becomes, in a strategic component to not only learn to be better people and professionals, but also as scaffolding for the transformation of academic, professional, economic and social settings that are required for quality higher education.Keywords: Communication, Process Communication, college classroom, teacher-student relationship, Motivation, Innovative Experiences, Marketing, Business Administration, University of Costa Rica El aula 1 universitaria se convierte en un escenario educativo donde la motivación y la comunicación se conjugan para dinamizar la gestión docente y propiciar en la comunidad estudiantil una mayor implicación y compromiso en su desarrollo personal y académico. Lograr que ellos construyan aprendizajes significativos mediante un proceso formativo autónomo que les genere interés, disposición, disfrute y corresponsabilidad implica una mediación por parte del profesorado que evidencie entrega y pasión por la docencia.El objetivo de este artículo es presentar un primer avance de los resultados obtenidos en el marco del Proyecto "Gestión de la comunicación para la mejora continua desde los aportes de la mercadotecnia.
