This study addresses challenges faced by PAI (Islamic Education) teachers in conducting and reporting action research, a vital aspect of teacher professionalism. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, the research outlines effective strategies for enhancing teacher professionalism by offering assistance in action research preparation. Strengthening literacy, commitment, and self-awareness through mentoring and training motivates PAI teachers to enhance their competence, particularly in conducting classroom action research and composing research reports. Additionally, the study employs psychological and physiological approaches in mentoring, empowering PAI teachers to optimize their schedules for conducting action research and writing articles in line with physical constraints and teaching responsibilities. These findings offer insights into elevating teacher professionalism and action research competence, serving as guidance for educational improvement initiatives.
