Motivating Factors to Volunteers in Hawassa

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to investigate the joint and independent contributions of power, security, conformity, tradition, benevolence, universalism, self-direction, stimulation, hedonism and achievement values to the variance in motivation to volunteer.
