Motivational factors influencing student intentions to practise in underserved areas: Authors' reply

Abstract: Editor-We welcome the comments on our article 'Motivational factors influencing student intentions to practise in underserved areas.' 1,2 We concur with our colleagues that the identifying of motivational factors closely linked with intention to practise in underserved areas is a complicated task. It is challenging to disentangle the concurrent effects of practice type and specialty career choice.
