Motiviranost stručnjaka zaštite na radu za obrazovanje

Abstract: SAŽETAK: Motivacija za obrazovanje u području zaštite na radu jedan je od ključnih čimbenika u procesu obrazovanja. U ovome istraživanju, metodom anketiranja, prikupljeni su podaci i analizirane obrazovne navike, motivacija i mišljenja stručnjaka zaštite na radu (N = 388). Najčešće se ti stručnjaci usavršavaju pohađanjem seminara, kongresa, simpozija i radionica, i to u prosjeku tri puta godišnje.
