Moving from imitation to innovation: Exploring a Chinese model of early childhood curriculum leadership

Abstract: School leadership plays a critical role in providing appropriate and sustainable curriculum practices. However, there remain significant knowledge gaps in understanding early childhood curriculum leadership in Chinese contexts.
