Abstract:Background:
The association of moyamoya angiopathy with hematological conditions such as sickle cell anemia and beta-thalassemia major or intermedia is well-known, but moyamoya syndrome (MMS) associated with thalassemia trait is hardly reported. We report such a rare association.
