Moyamoya vasculopathy in a young Caucasian woman with significant methamphetamine use

Abstract: BackgroundMoyamoya is a rare cerebrovascular disorder seen predominantly in Asian populations. Methamphetamine use is a recognised cause of stroke in young people, but its pathophysiology is not fully understood.
