MRI–Arthroscopy Correlation of the Elbow: A Primer for Radiologists

Abstract: Elbow arthroscopy is commonly performed as a diagnostic and therapeutic procedure. In this article, we review indications and surgical setup for elbow arthroscopy. We present normal arthroscopic elbow joint anatomy with magnetic resonance imaging correlation. Using case examples, we demonstrate common elbow pathologies and discuss newly emerging indications for elbow arthroscopy.
