Abstract:An energy-efficient high-powermulti-coil wireless power transfer system (WPT) has been studied in this paper. The proposed system was first analyzed and examined using theoretical modeling; this was followed by finite element analysis and circuit simulation to confirm the goal. As the air gap between the transmitter and receiver coils widens, the coupling coefficient of a WPT system will drop.
