Multi-domain impact of elosulfase alfa in Morquio A syndrome in the pivotal phase III trial

Abstract: Treatment with weekly elosulfase alfa led to improvements across most efficacy measures, resulting in clinically meaningful benefits in a heterogeneous study population.
