Multi-drug resistant Klebsiella-induced corneal ulcer following pterygium surgery: a case report

Abstract: Background Management of pterygium is dependent on the grading of pterygium and its clinical presentation (inflamed or quiescent), and surgical excision is the final choice of treatment for the pterygium extending beyond the limbus.
