Abstract: In this work, we reported a cholesterol oxidase (Chox)-loaded platinum (Pt) nanozyme with the collaborative cascade nanoreactor for the construction of nanozyme−enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (N-ELSA) models to realize high-throughput rapid evaluation of cancer markers.
