Multi-institution analysis of tumor mutational burden and outcomes in pediatric CNS tumor patients

Abstract: Background: Pediatric CNS tumors are the leading cause of pediatric cancer mortality. Research addressing genomic biomarkers and clinical outcomes is needed to inform therapeutic decision making.
