Multi-nodular Desmoplastic Medulloblastoma in a Child: A Rare Radiological Physiognomy

Abstract: Introduction: Nodular desmoplastic variant of medulloblastoma although very common, can present with very challenging radiological feature that mimics others lesions in the inferior and lower vermis in children.
