Multi – Objective Optimization of Machining Parameters of En36 Steel Using RSM

Abstract: This paper reports on the optimization of turning process on all geared lathe by the effects of machining parameters applying Response Surface Methodology (RSM) to improve the quality of manufactured goods, and engineering development of designs for studying variations. EN36 is used as the work piece material and TNMG insert is used as a tool for carrying out the experimentation to optimize the Temperature, and Surface Roughness.
