The subsector of performing arts studied in this research is in carnival performance art. The pandemic era has made the performance of all business entities decline, including in the creative industry of the performing arts subsector (Carnival). The research method used is qualitative research, namely by describing and exploring the application of value chains and culture in the creative industry of the carnival performing arts subsector in the Jember region. The data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The study concludes with the identification of the value chain sustainability model event in Jember, comprising five key elements. These elements include creation, production, dissemination, exhibition, and consumption, indicating the presence of a comprehensive value chain within the Jember Regency carnival event. Jember Carnival's one-of-a-kind creative vision woven through the entire elements, from creation to consumption, gives it a major differentiation advantage compared to standardized carnival offerings. The uniqueness provides lasting value and competitive edge. A potential chain that can be used as a source of competitive advantage for the sustainability of the Jember carnival event is to have a different creation from other carnivals.

Online healthcare supply chain management (OHCSCM) in rural areas is a matter of concern and is susceptible to policy changes, especially after the alarms raised by the COVID‐19 pandemic. This study aims to develop an approach towards examining the state and building a framework for examining the OHCSCM in rural areas. The study develops a framework by integrating various theories and methodologies like stakeholders' theory, critical success factor (CSF) theory, triple bottom line theory, fuzzy set theory, evidential reasoning approach, and scenario analysis for identifying the dynamism among the CSFs. The developed framework helps prioritize the CSFs based on environmental, economic, and social perspectives. Further, the model helps create scenarios for decision‐makers to improve the understanding of the CSFs influencing OHCSCM and achieve sustainability. The study reveals that infrastructure development, security and privacy of data, and use of predictive tools are the top factors that need immediate attention. By recognizing the interdependencies and interactions between these factors, managers can develop a more comprehensive and integrated approach to OHCSCM in rural areas. This understanding enables them to identify potential bottlenecks, streamline processes, and optimize resource allocation, ultimately saving valuable time and resources for achieving sustainability in the online healthcare supply chain in rural areas.

This paper discusses the modeling and solution of a hierarchical supply chain problem in the pharmaceutical industry. The considered supply chain includes the levels of suppliers, production centers, and distribution, which are taken into account in the decisions of the location of capacity facilities, optimal allocation of flow, and vehicle routing at the same time. Due to the indeterminacy of the problem environment, the two-stage probabilistic programming method has been used to control the model, and the new WOGA algorithm has been used to solve the problem. The presented algorithm is a combination of the Whale Optimization Algorithm (WOA) and Genetic Algorithm (GA) algorithms, which are used to minimize the costs of the entire designed network. The results obtained from the model analysis show that WOGA has a high efficiency in solving the developed mathematical model compared to GA and WOA. There was no significant difference between the averages of the objective function and the computational time between different solution methods. Since the perishability of the drug in transportation was considered in this article, it was observed that the cost of the entire network reaches its highest level if the period of perishability is 1. Because the production and distribution centers cannot have inventory in their warehouses and must meet the demand of pharmacies in every period.
