Multi-proteomic analysis of 5xFAD mice reveals new molecular signatures for early-stage Alzheimer’s disease

Abstract: Background Alzheimer’s disease (AD) early diagnosis remains difficult due to limitations in clinical exams and amyloid plaque imaging.
