Multi-User Quantum Key Distribution with Entangled Photons from a Semiconductor Chip

Abstract: We experimentally demonstrate a multi-user quantum key distribution scheme based on polarization entangled photons emitted from an AlGaAs chip and standard telecom wavelength division multiplexers.
