Multidimensional assessment of cervical spondylotic myelopathy patients. Usefulness of a comprehensive score system

Abstract: Objective Cervical spondylotic myelopathy (CSM) is caused by cervical spine degeneration and surgery may be beneficial, but selection for surgery might be challenging.
