Abstract:Using liquid chromatography (LC; often high-resolution liquid chromatography, HPLC) for sample clean-up and pre-separation seems an obvious way to improve analyses through greatly enhanced selectivity, lower detection limits, automation, reduced solvent consumption and improved quantitative results.
