The monograph presents the mechanisms influencing the development of innovations in industrial business organizations in the Republic of Belarus emphasizing the stimulation of the innovative development of organizations from the real sector of the economy, research and education sector. The study makes analyses of the factors that stimulate innovation during the pandemic and post-pandemic period of socio-economic development of national systems through a comparative analysis of the development of research and innovation activities of countries on the example of the Republic of Belarus and its main partners. It proposes a system for assessing the scientific and innovative potential of national systems and a new cooperation model based on the principles of smart specialization and interpreting the concept of the model of innovation development.

The prosperity of the economy has made the society develop rapidly, and the traditional education management system can no longer meet the needs of the modern society. Under the background of college enrollment expansion, it has brought new challenges to school management and development. In recent years, the evolution and widespread adoption of virtualization, service-oriented architecture, autonomous, and utility computing have converged to give birth to a new paradigm: cloud computing. Cloud computing allows on-demand delivery of software, hardware, and data as a service. Cloud computing has the characteristics of massive processing and storage capacity, high efficiency, virtualization, and low cost. It has changed the traditional way of accessing software and hardware, providing users with convenient services and computing resources, which has achieved remarkable results in the related fields. Meanwhile, cloud computing plays an important role in education and teaching through its wide application in various fields. Based on this, this paper aims to study the application of distributed real-time cloud computing system in educational administration management in colleges and universities. This paper establishes a university educational administration management platform based on the cloud service computing system, and applies the management technology and distributed storage technology of the cloud computing platform. The system constructed in this paper significantly improves the utilization of CPU and memory. The research results of this paper showed that the response speed of the educational administration management system built through cloud computing has been significantly improved, with an average response time of 1.3s and an error of less than 0.4.

The article analyzes the educational ecosystem in the context of the strategic development of education. The purpose of the article is to study the experience of implementing the ecosystem approach while organizing the educational process in accordance with the challenges of the emerging information society. The article presents the basic features of the educational ecosystem and briefly describes the major changes in educational activities: the integrative nature of the content of teaching methods and tools; adaptability, co-evolution of the environment and its subjects; the theory of connectivism dwelling upon learning in the digital age. Referring to the research by V.L. Kvint and O.E. Permyakov, the authors conclude that the ecosystem approach is an essential factor for the strategic development of education. In their research, N.V. Dyorina, L.I. Savva, N.I. Rabina identified the peculiarities of forming the university innovative ecosystems. Particular attention is paid to the ideas of S. Panda on methods for studying the digital footprint of students and the use of cluster analysis of the obtained data for taking the managerial decisions. A paradigm approach, the theory of strategizing and learning models in the context of digital transformation were used during the analysis of the ecosystem approach to the educational system. The analysis of various research positions led to the conclusion that the transformation of the educational environment of a university into an eco-educational one is a comprehensive problem; its solution is in the development of an appropriate theory of education and of a corresponding eco-educational model. The article has considerable practical value because it contains recommendations and suggests approaches that can be taken into account when modernizing educational activities in higher education institutions: a step-by-step transition to the implementation of changes is necessary through the strategic planning of the development of structures and processes in the educational ecosystem of the university with the help of digital innovative technologies used for education and educational management.
