Abstract:Long-term observations indicate an increased risk of developing venous thromboembolic conditions in people with the human immunodeficiency virus, their tendency to relapse or a widespread nature. In addition, the incidence of thrombosis increases several times in HIV-infected people compared to the average rates characteristic of people of the same age.
