Multimodal electrocorticogram active electrode array based on zinc oxide-thin film transistors

Abstract: Active electrocorticogram (ECoG) electrodes can amplify the weak electrophysiological signals and improve the anti-interference ability, but the traditional active electrodes are so opaque that cannot realize photoelectric collaborative observation.
