Abstract: Myeloid sarcoma (MS) is a rare extramedullary parenchymal tumor composed of immature myeloid cells, occurring mainly in the lymph nodes, skin, soft tissue, testicles, bones, peritoneum, and gastrointestinal tract, and rarely in the pancreas.
