Broncholithiasis is the presence of calcified substances in the bronchus, usually accompanied by symptoms that cause severe airway irritation or obstruction[1]. Bronchopolithiasis is a rare disease that is most common in areas where tuberculosis and histoplasmosis are prevalent. There are currently no clear guidelines on the treatment options for patients with bronchopolithiasis[3]. We treated a patient with central airway obstruction due to bronchial calculus and tumour growth with remarkable results. The course of treatment is reported as follows.
