Multipath Interference Error Analysis on Obstacles Effect

Abstract: In this paper, the multipath interference by a obstruction or rough terrain is studied. The detriment of Glide path information to a aircraft that is approaching the airport with a precision ILS(Instrument Landing System) landing is due to the wrong siting. Terrain irregularity or roughness is the worst and most common glide slope siting deficiency.
