Multiple accessory fimbriae on fallopian tubes with unilateral fallopian diverticulum

Abstract

This paper reports a rare case of subtle distal tubal pathology (SDTP) (diverticulum combined with a single accessory fimbria on the left fallopian tube + two accessory fimbriae on the right fallopian tube). Laparoscopic surgery can correct the pathological changes in the fimbrial end of the fallopian tubes and improve fertility potential.
