Abstract:In this study, a novel energy-efficient resource allocation (RA) scheme is proposed for device-to-device communication underlaying cellular networks from an end-to-end energy-efficient perspective. The time slot, subchannel (frequency) and power resources are allocated together to optimise the energy-efficiency (EE) performance. Furthermore, to match the practical communication situations and achieve the best EE performance, the timefrequency resource units (RUs) are used in a complete-shared pattern. Then, th… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
