Multiple sclerosis and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis: a human leukocyte antigen challenge

Abstract: Multiple sclerosis (MS) and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) are two different central nervous system pathology that, according to the most accredited hypotheses, recognize a different etiopathogenesis.
