Abstract:Forty long-term psychogeriatric patients at Littlemore Hospital. Oxford, were subjected to multiple screening consisting of haematological examination, SMA, urine examination and a fat absorption test measuring the serum lipids after a fatty meal, which was found very suitable for geriatric patients.
