Multiple tiny blisters symmetrically distributed on the back, chest, and behind the ears

Abstract: An otherwise healthy 24-year-old Chinese Han female presented with multiple tiny asymptomatic erythema, papules, and blisters in a congregate distribution on her upper trunk and behind the ears that had persisted for 10 years.
