Multiplicação in vitro de Xylopia aromatica em diferentes meios de cultura e concentrações de BAP

Abstract: Este estudo teve por objetivo desenvolver uma metodologia de multiplicação in vitro para Xylopia aromatica, visando a produção de mudas, avaliando-se meios de cultura e concentrações de reguladores de crescimento mais adequados. Foram utilizados, como explantes, segmentos nodais, provindos de brotações de mudas produzidas via seminal e mantidas em viveiro.
