Multivariate models for monitoring the environmental performance of gasoline

Abstract: A linear multivariate regression model for the IR spectra of gasolineare used in the paper. On the basis of a number of test samples (alkylate, reformate, regular, premium), an equation was obtained for calculating the content of aromatic hydrocarbons in gasolines based on the transmission values at wave numbers: 1600, 1500, 870, 810, 750 cm-1.
