Municipalities and Facebook Use: Which Key Drivers? Empirical Evidence from Italian Municipalities

Abstract: New information and communication technologies are changing the relationship between municipalities and citizens. Municipalities are using Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube as social media to connect and interact directly with citizens.
