This research presents an important contribution to the development of digital security policies in the Islamic finance sector, with a particular focus on modern technological threats such as deepfakes. Through an in-depth threat analysis, this study identifies potential risks faced by the Islamic banking industry, especially in terms of security and customer trust. The proposed recommendations include strict regulation of the creation and distribution of synthetic media, the development of more advanced detection technologies, and effective regulatory enforcement. Collaboration between governments, research institutions, and industry is also emphasized as key in designing and implementing policies that are able to respond to technological threats in an adaptive manner. With this approach, the study assists policymakers and regulators in designing strategies that can protect integrity and trust in Islamic banking, as well as ensure sustainability and security in the ever-evolving digital era.
