Mutation of the Glc-2 Gene May Confer Dominant Ivermectin Resistance

Abstract: Background: Ivermectin is a widely used anti-parasitic drug that binds to and activates glutamate-gated chloride channels (GluCls), giving it its nematocidal (nematode-killing) properties.
