Mutu Pelayanan Keperawatan Berdasar Dimensi Rater

Abstract: The quality of service have to be started from the need of patient and ended on patient satisfaction. Nursing service can be evaluated by patient satisfaction with RATER dimension. Method: Research design was descriptive exploratorative. Research subject was 30 patients whose check in Poli Penyakit Dalam RSD Mardi Waluyo Blitar, and who was selected using quota sampling technique.
