Myalgia

Abstract: Myalgia, a common symptom resulting from a variety of disease processes, often escapes a specific etiologic diagnosis. Despite the poorly understood pathogenetic mechanisms underlying myalgia, logical classification and clinical evaluation can lead to successful treatment in many cases.
