MYC Promoted The Formation of RANKL Induced Osteoclasts By Modulating The miR-320a/PTEN Axis

Abstract: Background: Osteoporosis is a serious bone metabolism disease. Recent studies have shown that MYC could promote the formation of osteoclasts. There is study has also shown that miR-320a could cause the damage of osteoblast by inducing oxidative stress. By querying the database, we found that MYC has the potential to target and affect the expression of miR-320a.
