Mycosis Fungoides: A differential diagnosis to consider for lichenoid keratosis

Abstract: Mycosis fungoides (MF) has a wide spectrum of presentation. Its clinic is polymorphic, leading to several clinical variants. Chronic diffuse hyperpigmented lesions can be found in MF. We describe a case of lichenoid type mycosis fungoides. It differs from the classical form by the presence of erythematous and or pigmented scaly papules and not pruritic.
