Mycosis fungoides palmaris et plantaris

Abstract: Mycosis fungoides (MF) is a low-grade cutaneous T-cell lymphoma characterized by skin-homing CD4- positive helper T cells. Mycosis fungoides palmaris et plantaris is an uncommon variant primarily involving the palms and soles. An 80-year old man presented with hyperkeratotic erythematous palmoplantar changes.
