Mycotoxin Contamination Risks Due to Handling Practices of Indigenous Chicken Feeds in Kenya

Abstract: Aim: Mycotoxins are prevalent in animal feeds and agricultural products. These toxins are produced by fungi and once incorporated in the substrate, are not easy to eradicate.
