Myeloid/Lymphoid Neoplasm with Eosinophilia and a Novel RUFY1-Pdgfrb Rearrangement

Abstract: Myeloid/lymphoid neoplasms associated with eosinophilia (MLN-Eo) and tyrosine kinase fusion genes include rearrangements of PDGFRB with over 30 different partner genes, most commonly ETV6-PDGFRB.
